The Hyacinth Macaw skillfully clings on to the bark of the tree. With its powerful claws and the help of its beak, the parrot climbs up the tree trunk in no time at all. I wonder where it’s going? Ah, it’s spotted some delicious nuts hanging up high in the tree! One of its favourite dishes!

The beautiful Hyacinth Macaw has bright blue plumage with golden yellow skin around its beak and eyes. It contrasts beautifully with the iridescent plumage!

Suitable for ages 3 and up.
